stayed home the whole day just to rest and change my summer clothes out from the closet... and while i tidy up the room, i saw the postcards that my cousin got for me from macau... it was a series of postcards that were snapshots of macau... they were crossed processed and has this yellow tints to it... has a very old feeling of it... it titled <澳門難忘> i really like that set of postcard because that is how i remember macau... when i first got it, i thought it looked very familiar... then i dug up a book that i got when i was in macau for 2 months.. <澳門朋友帶我遊澳門>... i got that book simply because that's a picture book...
i love picture books and travelogues... hence why i love chet lam's book because it's written it as half travelogue and half experience... and picture books because i simply don't like to read as much, and of coz a picture worth a thousand words... i always want to take photos... i know i know.. i'm a photographer, of coz i should be doing that anyway... but it seems that i'm not inspire to take pictures that i like... pictures that are meaningful to me... like snapshots...
maybe it's my degree in photography, seems like everything picture i take must be perfect... and color is vibrate... i love raw pictures... but i just can't take them... i don't want to take pictures and sit in front of the computer and manipulate the picture in photoshop... i do that everyday already... i want to just take and go...
i used to have lots of idea of what to photograph before i started photography school... and going thru my older pictures of buildings that i took... i remember how excited i was when i see something... but now? i don't know... maybe i'm just burn out from work... afterall i did work the next day i move here... and i only took like 5 days off from work during the whole time... i don't know... but i want be inspire again... i want to have a postcard series and a picture/photolog... when will i have my postcard series for sale?

眼見身邊的朋友一個一個結婚生仔﹐唔想話自己老都唔得。
上星期五終於浮返上面﹐打個電話俾joanne catch-up下佢對仔女+佢0既近況。
好似唔係好耐之前佢話俾我知佢生0左小彤彤﹐不經不覺小彤彤四歲啦。
又好似唔係好耐之前joanne話佢由於時間0既關係﹐生0左aden。
見個aden一次﹐佢仲係得0個六個月大。
點知星期五同joanne講電話﹐joanne話aden開始行路﹐就0黎一歲!

FALL FOR DANCE
$10 per ticket and it's for all seats in the theatre... how can you resist not to go... we bought tickets to all 6 shows a month prior... it was kinda insane because it was kinda like back in the days when i had to go online to register for classes... it was way to crazy for me... but at least we got tickets to all the shows... especially two of the shows are only one night performances...
this was actually the 2nd performance we went to and chris was suppose to go with us... but she had to practice for her competition the next day...

the theatre is really nice... well at least i thought... i only been to one dance performance in my life and that was years ago with ah gor for her birthday... went to see nutcracker w/ her... anyway... it was kinda cool... coz that's one thing that i didn't really pay much attention to because i thought it would be boring... but it was nice... thanx von for hooking me to it! think we're going to couple of more shows end of this year?!

LAST WEEKEND UPDATE
went to thievery corporation's concert at webster hall... never been to a standing room concert indoor.. coz the last time i went was blink 182 long long time ago... so had no idea how late it starts... and mind you it was a sunday nite event and i was working at the office during the day too... so i was so tired and ready to pass out on the dance floor... so i decided to be a party pooper and left half way of the show.. but it was really good.. but i was just too damn tire...
this is what happens when you're at work on a sunday afternoon and your gf brings you lunch... kinda goofing off because it was such a nice day and the light was perfect in the office... how can we resist a great opportunity to have such nice defuse light... light like this you don't need any 美白 product...
