咪再話我又肥左啦...我知架啦... 咁我真係冇以前咁fit嘛...
你估我睇返我以前d相我唔想心麼...
but dun u understand that eating health = cost a lot more?! take salad for instance... went to a burger joint last friday to order a freakin' SALAD for lunch... ys that seems wrong because it's a burger joint... but you have to understand that there are only 3 choices of food for lunch... burger, mexican, or thai... knowing that there are 5 work days to a week, you are bound to repeat at least one day with such limited choices... anyway... w/ the price i paid for a skimpy ceasar salad, i would've paid fifty cents more to get a burger... but did i? no, because i'm cutting down on the amount of food i'm eating... and of coz i'll be hungry two hrs later...
another example... according to sun's blog (she's a personal trainer and post health fact occasionally on her blog)...
dark meat is cheaper than white meat! why?! does eating healthy can be such a hassell and be that pricey?!

Did you know that 3.5 ounces of skinless roasted dark meat poultry has twice as much fat as an equal amount of skinless white meat? Dark meat also has about 15% more calories and double the saturated fat!

and now.... 2006... may i annouce that mrs. chung is pregnant! yippie! about time... w/ all the pets in the house, a baby is on his/her way about time... and nope.. didn't get first dip as godmother... but instead as auntie... AUNTIE?! are you kidding me amy? ur kid might mistaken me as uncle... and no... not unless i look like 30+ no one's kid is calling me auntie... dun care who the kid is... NO AUNTIE~ hahah..

LAST WEEKEND
speaking of central park... von and i went to central park for a picnic... you may laugh now, but wait until you're in a relationship like mine, all "see-weet" and all lah... but anyway it was really nice... coz we went to rent a boat to roll around the little pond haha... so lame i know... but it was surely damn nice and relaxing.. and have i mentioned we got new shoes?

ok i know this is so freakin' gay and lame of me... but shit man... i have been wondering where the hell was he for the past 10 years or so... because back in the days i bought every album of his since he started... and mind you that those album are in cassette tape ok... and it's impossible to find them on mp3 or any hi-tec format... but every since he pops up in 烈火雄心II and i was thinking... dude he's back! hahah... and i've been telling my sister that dude he's gonna start singing again... and so he did.. couple of song here and there... and finally... i tell you FINALLY! he's out w/ a CD, which i'm extremely glad because it was a compilation that has all his old stuff on an actual CD! man.. aren't i lucky... and i was about to get one of those deck that you install in you computer where you can rip cassette tapes into mp3s.. but shit that cost a lot... haha.. heehee.. ok.. i'm just happy.. but i was a bit bummed that 我是一個不懂傾訴的對象 and 分開方知這是愛 was on on the CD.. but at least is on the DVD... and 夢想國 actually made it on the CD... am i gonna get it? you bet your ass i would.. haha...
