in case no one knows, but i'll be in SF for the week! home sweet home! so many things to do when we're back. activities includes: many many dinners! clubbing! waterworld! badminton! rock climbing! bowling! wedding! meeting some architects! and basically visiting friends that i have not seen and talk to lately! so it'll be super exciting! call me if you want to see me and von! it's the SAME number for the past 10 years! you should have it down by now!

VON VON BIRTHDAY BASH
hence the title, today is von's birthday. i manage to surprise her pretty good this year and actually made her cry with joy. heehee. it's nice that she loves all the gifts that i got her and the dinner! you have no idea how stress out i was. i'm actually really bad with coming up with gifts and what to do on occasion like these. but briefly on what i did. so i made a card basically as an invitation/game card for her. she had to collect all the pieces to find out where we're heading to dinner. and after collecting all the pieces of the puzzle, she then can exchange them to get her birthday gifts. yeah man! you gotta work it to get your birthday gifts! heehee... it worked out well and she did manage to find out the name of the restaurant with out one of the pieces.
i guess the highlight of all the gifts would be the ring that we've been looking for in ages! i basically got the same one when i was in bregenz, but it was too big and it didn't fit her. so i end up keeping it for myself. and i somehow manage to find the matching one to it and it has her size! amazing i tell you! sometime, things just work out without planning it. it's great! and i definitely enjoy the whole process planning it. thank of coz, i thank von for the great reaction when she opened her presents. 唔好話佢開禮物感動到喊呀. 我見到佢咁感動,我都想喊呀! it was really sweet. ok enough with the cheese. may i present you glimps of von von birthday's bash...
here's a trivia for everyone... any idea what the series of numbers stand for?
p.s. not sure if anyone notices it, but i actually uploaded the pix from europe on flickr for quite sometime. as you can see i no longer talk about the trip. not because i don't care, it's just that i had so much fun, i don't even know how to restart it any more! how about we do a Q&A session instead! haha...

i personally prefer to "stalk" people on friendster than myspace, mainly because if not all, majority of people on that list are my actual friends. i can name at least one or two incident with each of these people. sometime it's hard to imagine that i was at time really close with these people, yet we seldom talk to each other anymore. 霑叔生前話: 無事常相見... 講真, 有幾多人真係做得到先得o架? 好似我咁, 冇事咪上frienster逐個friend click入去,懷愐之前囉. 你問我想唔想逐個約出o黎meet up and catch up? of course. 但係有冇可能先?ah mo 會間中打電話同我傾一兩句. 每次都同我講話, 人大o左冇乜朋友. 舊既就一尾流走, 但係又唔係有新woh. 咁可以做既咪可以同幾多個聯絡咪盡keep o羅. 死啦... 係近三十o者, 洗唔洗咁uncle呀. but it's really depressing that when your friend's list on friendster shows that you have 100+ friends. but how many of these friends you actually keep in contact? THE DARK SIDE OF ME
i was definitely hating life as soon as i got off from work today. not because of work, but simply the commute back home was a total bitch today. literally took me 1hr45 min door to door to get home today, when usually should only take 45min. and i mean there was already a bus by where i work and i was totally able to hop on. there was the subway as soon as i got to the station. but what made it worst? freakin' commuters! simply just fuckin' rude and elbow everyone, and eating that totally spilled on people! WHAT THE FUCK MAN! no common respect and totally brainless! if you were to eat anything that is greasy, get some tissue/napkins and hang on to it. and when you're standing you really shouldn't be eating. the freakin' fat grease just dropped on someone's shirt, and god knows when will it be wash out?
i was on the express subway, which means there it should be FAST! while local train stops every stop, meaning it should be slower than an express train. then please explain to me why the EXPRESS train that i was on never got pulled into the station for the final stop? why did the express train had to stop and wait on the rail for 20min? and why the hell THREE local trains were able to pull into the station? WHAT THE FUCK?!
seriously, i'm hating life today! fuck you all annoying people! i'm not so sure if i can live in flushing anymore. god damn dai luk yan man! fuck fuck fuck!
